Mackay triumphant thanks to a strong effort from Kaizer Summers

Recap: Mackay Miners vs. American Heritage Patriots
On Wednesday, Mackay didn't have too much trouble with American Heritage at home as they won 51-37. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Mackay.
Kaizer Summers went supernova for Mackay, dropping a double-double on 26 points and 21 rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which Summers has scored at least 25% of Mackay's points. Another player making a difference was Cooper Holt, who scored 12 points along with 7 rebounds.
Mackay now has a winning record of 2-1. As for American Heritage, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Mackay will play host again and welcome Grace Lutheran, where tip off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Grace Lutheran and Mackay are at an even 5-5 over their past ten head-to-heads. American Heritage is on the road again on Tuesday and play against Taylor's Crossing at 7:00 p.m. on December 12th.
