Basketball Game Preview: Ganesha Giants vs. Workman Lobos

The Ganesha Giants will head out on the road to challenge the Workman Lobos at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The squads are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Ganesha has struggled recently with 13 losses in a row, while Workman will arrive with five straight wins.

Ganesha is headed into the matchup out to prove that what happened against Baldwin Park two weeks ago (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Ganesha was outmatched by Baldwin Park and fell 66-35. The Giants were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 40-14.

Meanwhile, Workman made easy work of Fontana on Friday and carried off an 81-55 victory. The Lobos have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 games by 23 points or more this season.

Workman's win bumped their record up to 14-3. As for Ganesha, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-12.
