Softball Recap: Ludington Takes a Loss

Ludington was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Grant Tigers, falling 14-4. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 19-4 on Thursday.

Ludington's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Grant, their win was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-0.

Coming up, Ludington will welcome Waverly at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Grant, they will take on Tri County Area at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. This will be the Tigers' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
