Football Recap: Routt Catholic/Lutheran Comes Up Short at Home Against Greenfield/Northwestern

Routt Catholic/Lutheran unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They took a 19-0 bruising from the Greenfield/Northwestern Tigers on Saturday. Routt Catholic/Lutheran was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Greenfield/Northwestern apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Looking ahead, Routt Catholic/Lutheran is taking a road trip to square off against West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs] at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Greenfield/Northwestern, they will take on Camp Point Central at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
