Soccer Recap: Bennett Takes a Loss

Bennett's game on Tuesday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Arvada Bulldogs. Bennett's loss continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Their goal came courtesy of Meagan Green, who's now up to 18 this season.

Bennett now has a losing record of 6-7-1. As for Arvada, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-7 record this season.

Bennett is taking a road trip to take on Lamar at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Arvada, they will be playing at home against Jefferson at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Arvada are facing Jefferson at the right time seeing as Jefferson are stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
