Soccer Recap: Hebron Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Hebron can now relate to. They fell just short of the Plano West Wolves by a score of 3-2 on Thursday. The Hawks were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Wolves apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in March of 2024.

With the defeat, Hebron broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 12-4-4. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored eight goals over those three games. As for Plano West, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-5-2 record this season.

As of now, neither Hebron nor Plano West have any future games scheduled.
