Lawrence Free State came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Olathe West Owls, falling 5-0. Lawrence Free State have struggled against Olathe West recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Lawrence Free State's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6-1. As for Olathe West, their win bumped their record up to 2-0-1.
