Volleyball Recap: Excelsior Classical Academy Has No Trouble Against Discovery Charter School

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Eno River Academy, Excelsior Classical Academy was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Discovery Charter School Trailblazers as they made off with a 3-0 win.

Excelsior Classical Academy never let Discovery Charter School on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-20, 27-25.

Zhaniya Brown paced Excelsior Classical Academy's offense, picking up six kills. Brown got some help from Alejandra Orozco and her nine assists. Stephanie Llanas Tavera controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.
