Volleyball Game Preview: Notre Dame Fighting Irish vs. Cameron Dragons

The Notre Dame Fighting Irish will square off against the Cameron Dragons at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Notre Dame saw some tournament action on Wednesday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Cameron.

Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Angelina Policano, who had 20 digs, nine kills, and two aces. She is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in each of the last five games she's played. Another player making a difference was Sophie Gum, who had 19 digs, ten kills, and one block.

Cameron has been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 11 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-15 record this season. As for Notre Dame, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-20.
