Volleyball Recap: Greyhills Academy Comes Up Short

Greyhills Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Valley Pirates. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Pirates this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in September.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-15, 25-13.

Greyhills Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-14. As for Valley, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-8.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Greyhills Academy is set to take on their familiar foe St. Johns at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Valley will challenge rival Hopi at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
