Basketball Recap: Rye Cove Snaps Three-Game Streak of Losses at Home

Rye Cove won against Thomas Walker on Friday with 59 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Saturday. The Rye Cove Eagles snuck past the Lee Generals with a 59-55 victory. This was a revenge game for the Eagles: when they faced off against the Generals on January 2nd, they had to take a 75-44 defeat.

Rye Cove's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-8. As for Lee, they now have a losing record at 7-8.

Rye Cove has already played their next match (against Holston), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Lee will head out on the road to challenge Eastside at 8:00 p.m. on Monday.
