Basketball Recap: More Academy Piles Up the Points Against Michigan School for the Deaf

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against FAITH HomeSchool, More Academy was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They blew past the Michigan School for the Deaf Tartars 70-25. The Crusaders have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Tartars, too.

The win got More Academy back to even at 1-1. As for Michigan School for the Deaf, they are on a 17-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

More Academy will hit the road for the first time this season to square off against New Life Christian Academy at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. New Life Christian Academy knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three matches -- so hopefully More Academy likes a good challenge. As for Michigan School for the Deaf, they will take on Landmark Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Michigan School for the Deaf is facing Landmark Academy at the right time seeing as Landmark Academy is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
