Football Recap: West Bend East Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for West Bend East's offense. They were beaten by the Slinger Owls 49-0 on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Suns can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin football rankings (they are ranked 287th, while the Owls are ranked 25th).

West Bend East's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Slinger, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 6-1.
