There's no place like home for Garden Grove, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They came out on top against the Estancia Eagles by a score of 4-1 on Wednesday. For the Argonauts, this counts as revenge for the 9-5 win the Eagles walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2024.

Garden Grove is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.1 runs on average over those games. As for Estancia, their defeat ended a 12-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 10-8.
