You can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Owyhee's strategy against Kuna on Friday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Owyhee Storm blew the Kuna Kavemen out of the water with a 67-39 final score. The Storm have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matchups by 20 points or more this season.

It was another big night for Riley Beck, who dropped a double-double on 22 points and ten rebounds. Maiya Hardy was another key player, putting up nine points along with six boards and four steals.

Owyhee's win was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 16-1. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 23 points. As for Kuna, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-11.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Owyhee will challenge Ridgevue at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Ridgevue has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Kuna, they will face off against Timberline at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Timberline will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Kuna surely won't give up without a fight.
