With a playoff win on the line, JSerra Catholic rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They blew past the Windward Wildcats 3-0. The Lions not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 23rd (when they won 3-0).

JSerra Catholic not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Windward between 16 and 17 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-16, 25-16.

Charlotte Nowak paced JSerra Catholic's offense, picking up 15 kills. Nowak got some help from Catherine Beadles and her 29 assists. Finally, Ava Ziegler kept JSerra Catholic's defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.

JSerra Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 18-14. As for Windward, their loss ended a five-match streak of away wins and brought them to 20-7.

Coming up, JSerra Catholic will challenge Thousand Oaks at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Windward does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
