Tennyson might have lost, but man, Montrell Rice-Tuigamala was a machine: he rushed for 226 yards and a pair of touchdowns while picking up 8.4 yards per carry. Meanwhile, San Leandro didn't have quite enough to beat Berkeley on Friday and fell 21-18. While the Pirates had to settle for second, they closed the game well in the third quarter, where they outscored the Yellowjackets 12-8.

This is the second loss in a row for San Leandro and nudges their season record down to 3-2. As for Tennyson, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 3-2.
