Sumner and Searsport are an even 5-5 against one another since May of 2019, but likely not for long. The Tigers will be playing at home against the Vikings at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Sumner has given up an average of 8.2 runs per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Wednesday, Sumner didn't have quite enough to beat Bangor Christian and fell 12-11. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Sumner took their win against Searsport when the teams last played on Friday by a conclusive 33-8 score. Will the Tigers repeat their success, or do the Vikings have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
