Northfield came tearing into Thursday's contest with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Albert Lea Tigers as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Raiders also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-17, 25-14.

Northfield's win bumped their record up to 12-9. As for Albert Lea, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-13.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Northfield is set to take on their familiar foe Mankato West at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Albert Lea will square off against rival Mayo at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
