Basketball Game Preview: Columbia Christian Crusaders vs. Taylor Tigers

The Columbia Christian Crusaders will head out on the road to take on the Taylor Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Columbia Christian will be looking to extend their current 12-game winning streak.

On Friday, in a tight game that could have gone either way, Columbia Christian made off with a 61-60 win over Strong.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Taylor challenged Lafayette County on Thursday. Taylor lost to Lafayette County at home by a 57-42 margin. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Columbia Christian is on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 14 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 23-4 record this season. As for Taylor, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-7.

Columbia Christian took their victory against Taylor in their previous matchup last Tuesday by a conclusive 65-40. The rematch might be a little tougher for Columbia Christian since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
