Baseball Recap: Farmington Falcons vs. Berkley Bears
Farmington had lost three straight on the road, but on Wednesday they dropped their record down to 6-17 to make it four. They came up short against the Berkley Bears, falling 15-0. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Bears this season, with their most recent loss being a 22-10 defeat last Tuesday.
As for Berkley, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-12 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games.
