Preview: Aquinas Fightin' Irish vs. Hephzibah Rebels        
        
		
            
 The Aquinas Fightin' Irish just played last night, but they'll still head out to face the Hephzibah Rebels at 6:00  p.m.  on December 19th. Both teams come into the  match bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.
 Aquinas scored the most points they've had all season to find success  on Monday. They claimed a resounding  66-26 win over Fox Creek on the road. That  66-26 margin sets a new team best for Aquinas this season.
 Aquinas' success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but  Elle Morris led the charge by  scoring 15 points.  Emma Kate Noegel was another key contributor,  scoring 12 points.
 Even though Hephzibah has not done well against Jefferson County recently (they were 1-7 in their previous eight matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way  on Friday. Hephzibah enjoyed a cozy  39-22 win over Jefferson County. That looming  39-22 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Hephzibah yet this  season.
 The  victory  makes it two in a row for Aquinas and  bumps their season record up to 4-6. As for Hephzibah, their win  ended a five-game drought on the road  dating back to last season and  puts them at 2-5.
 Everything came up roses for Aquinas against Hephzibah in their previous matchup  back in November as the  team secured a  56-19 win. With Aquinas ahead  32-8 at the half, the  contest was all but over already.
