Volleyball Recap: Pierce County's Win Ends Four-Game Losing Streak on the Road + How To Watch

Pierce County hadn't done well against Brunswick recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Bears skirted past the Pirates 2-1. This was a revenge game for the Bears: when they faced off against the Pirates two weeks ago, they had to take a 2-0 loss.

If you add up the scores from across all three sets (60-50) Pierce County actually scored fewer points, but in the end it didn't matter. The final score came out to 25-21, 9-25, 16-14.

Brunswick's loss came despite strong showings from Alina Dent and Ashley Adair. Dent had three digs and three aces, while Adair had ten digs and nine kills.
