Softball Recap: Copper Canyon Aztecs vs. Buckeye Hawks

Copper Canyon fell victim to Buckeye and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They suffered a rough 20-0 defeat at the hands of the Buckeye Hawks. Copper Canyon has not had much luck with Buckeye recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.

Copper Canyon is facing Glendale at the right time seeing as Glendale is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Buckeye, they will be playing at home against Independence at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Buckeye knows how to get runs on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy run totals in its past six matches -- so hopefully Independence likes a good challenge.
