Softball Recap: Wabaunsee Chargers vs. Blue Valley Rams

Wabaunsee scored the most runs they've had all season to find success on Friday. They put the hurt on the Blue Valley Rams with a sharp 15-2 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for Wabaunsee.

Ava Meinhardt was a major factor no matter where she played. She pitched 4.1 innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off five hits. Meinhardt was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with four RBI and two doubles.

In other batting news, Sarah Denton and Meredith Denton did most of the damage at the plate: Denton went 4-for-4 with four runs, four RBI, and a stolen base, while Denton scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4.
