Basketball Recap: Essex Tech Takes a Loss

Essex Tech lost against Amesbury back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Essex Tech Hawks fell to the Amesbury Redhawks 46-41. The Hawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Essex Tech's loss dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Amesbury, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Essex Tech will venture away from home to take on Pentucket Regional at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Pentucket Regional's defense has only allowed 28.5 points per game this season, so Essex Tech's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Amesbury, they will square off against Georgetown at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
