Arthur County came into Thursday's game looking for another win against Garden County, but Kirstyn Beberniss wouldn't allow it. The Garden County Eagles blew past the Arthur County Wolves 54-29 on Thursday thanks in part to Beberniss, who posted 18 points along with six steals and five boards. Those 18 points gave her a new career-high.

The team also got some help courtesy of Payton Fornander, who had ten points in addition to five rebounds and five steals. She has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last four times she's played.

Garden County has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a massive bump to their 10-8 record this season. As for Arthur County, they dropped their record down to 5-9 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home.

Garden County wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 53-29 victory against Potter-Dix on the 7th. As for Arthur County, they have also already played their next game, a 57-47 defeat against South Platte on the 7th.
