Even though the Northside Baptist Christian Lions scored an imposing 56 points on Tuesday, the Joppa-Maple Grove Rangers still came out on top. Joppa-Maple Grove took their game against Northside Baptist Christian 65-56. The win made it back-to-back wins for Joppa-Maple Grove.
Joppa-Maple Grove's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Brandon Pease, who scored 20 points. AJ Lyle was another key contributor, scoring 16 points.
Joppa-Maple Grove is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a massive bump to their 4-4 record this season. As for Northside Baptist Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
