Softball Recap: Paris Takes a Loss

Paris was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 33rd straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 21-0 to Sulphur Springs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Sulphur Springs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 17-0 back in March.

Paris' loss dropped their record down to 0-15. As for Sulphur Springs, their victory bumped their record up to 18-7.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Paris will take on rival North Lamar at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Sulphur Springs is set to face off against their familiar foe Pittsburg at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
