Baseball Recap: Trinity Finds Home Field Redemption Against York Prep

There's no place like home for Trinity, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They were the clear victors by an 11-4 margin over the York Prep Panthers on Thursday. With that win, the Tigers brought their scoring average up to 6.3 runs per game.

Matthew Ladden was a standout: he went 2-for-3 with two triples, three runs, and two RBI. Trinity is undefeated when Ladden posts two or more runs, but 1-8 otherwise. Freddie Crowhurst was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple.

Trinity's victory bumped their record up to 6-8. As for York Prep, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.
