Basketball Recap: Talon Goodman's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Bismarck over Kingston

Bismarck lost against Kingston back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Indians took a 60-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cougars.

Bismarck lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Talon Goodman, who almost dropped a double-double with 24 points and nine boards. Another player making a difference was August Martinez, who dropped a double-double with 12 points and 11 rebounds.

Bismarck's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Kingston, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Coming up, Bismarck will be taking part in a tournament against St. Paul Lutheran at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Kingston, they will challenge Fredericktown at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
