Omaha North posted their biggest victory since December 11, 2024 on Friday. They blew past the Buena Vista Bison 60-29. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 35-15.

Omaha North got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Ayanna Hill out in front who went 7 of 13 on her way to 16 points and three steals. Hill is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as she's posted one of at least 45% in the last three games she's played. Sierra Thomas was another key player, putting up eight points and ten boards.

The victory made it two in a row for Omaha North and bumps their season record up to 8-10. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.0 points over those games. As for Buena Vista, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost 12 of their last 13 games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 3-17 record this season.
