Basketball Recap: Revere Comes Up Short

Revere was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They received a blow as they fell 59-41 to the East Boston Jets. The Patriots were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Jets apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2022.

Revere's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for East Boston, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Revere will square off against Chelsea at 6:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. As for East Boston, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Malden at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
