Basketball Recap: Faith Christian Beats Oakhill Christian for Their Second Straight Victory

Oakhill Christian came into Saturday's matchup looking for another win against Faith Christian, but Blake Houtari wouldn't allow it. Faith Christian blew past the Oakhill Christian Royals 59-38 on Saturday thanks in part to Houtari, who almost dropped a double-double on 18 points and nine steals. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in points.

When it comes to explaining why Oakhill Christian lost, don't look at Elijah Harman. Despite the final result, he almost dropped a double-double on 14 points and nine rebounds. Harman has been hot, having also posted two or more blocks the last five times he's played. Esher Andrews was another key player, putting up 14 points.

The win made it two in a row for Faith Christian and bumps their season record up to 4-6. As for Oakhill Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 4-12.
