Football Recap: Kewaunee Beats Marinette for Their Eighth Straight Victory

Kewaunee won the last time they faced Marinette and things went their way on Friday too. The Storm blew past the Marines 42-21. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Storm's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin football rankings (they are ranked 99th, while the Marines are ranked 209th).

The win was the eighth in a row for Kewaunee, bringing their record up to 8-1. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 40.0 points over those games. As for Marinette, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 6-3.
