Volleyball Recap: Rosemont Takes a Loss

After flying high against Union Mine last Thursday, Rosemont came back down to earth. The Wolverines lost 3-0 to the El Dorado Cougars on Tuesday. The Wolverines have struggled against the Cougars recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost meeting.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-15, 25-20.

Rosemont's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for El Dorado, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-8 record this season.

Rosemont wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Bradshaw Christian on the 3rd. As for El Dorado, they have also already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against John Adams Academy - El Dorado Hills on the 2nd.
