Soccer Game Preview: Valencia vs. Centennial

The Valencia Vikings will be taking part in a tournament against the Centennial Golden Hawks at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Valencia will be strutting in after a victory while Centennial will be coming in after a loss.

Valencia is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They put the hurt on Stockdale with a sharp 4-1 win on Monday. Considering Valencia's offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Meanwhile, Centennial lost 6-1 to Palmdale on Monday.

The Golden Hawks' goal came courtesy of Anthony Diaz, which was the first he's scored this season.

Centennial's defeat dropped their record down to 6-2-2. As for Valencia, their victory bumped their record up to 3-4-1.
