Soccer Recap: Trimble Tech Comes Up Short

After soaring to four goals the game before, Trimble Tech was a bit more limited in their matchup on Friday. They fell 3-1 to the South Hills Scorpions. That makes it the first time this season Trimble Tech have let down their home crowd.

Their goal came courtesy of Salud Hernandez, who's now up to seven this season.

Trimble Tech's defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 11-4. As for South Hills, the victory got them back to even at 4-4-2.

Coming up, Trimble Tech will head out on the road to square off against North Central Texas Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for South Hills, they will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Arlington Heights at 7:45 p.m.
