Knoxville Christian lost to Tennessee Christian Prep last Monday, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Knights came out on top against the Hawks by a score of 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Knights.

The final score came out to 25-20, 23-25, 25-23, 25-17.

Savanah Dunham paced Knoxville Christian's offense, picking up 17 kills. Dunham got some help from Emily Dunham and her 28 assists. Savanah was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Knoxville Christian's win bumped their record up to 8-5. As for Tennessee Christian Prep, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Knoxville Christian is set to challenge their familiar foe Apostolic Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Tennessee Christian Prep will face off against rival Temple Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
