Baseball Game Preview: Hackberry Mustangs vs. Starks Panthers + Official Tickets

For the second straight game, Hackberry will face off against Starks. The Mustangs will take on the Panthers at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hackberry will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

Hackberry's pitching crew heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They walked away with a 5-0 win over Starks.

Devin Murphy made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He didn't allow a single earned run while striking out 12 over seven innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in six consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, earning one run and two stolen bases. He has become a key player for Hackberry: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two stolen bases, but 2-6 otherwise.
