            After having lost a blowout in their  previous game against South Side, Neshannock was happy to have turned things around  on Saturday. They blew past the Summit Academy Knights, posting  a  49-6 victory. That 43 point margin sets a new team best for the Lancers this season.

Neshannock had a senior duo take command as  Jino Mozzocio threw for 206 yards and two  touchdowns while completing 72.2% of his passes and  Anthony Eakin rushed for 132 yards and a pair of  TDs on only 14 carries. Eakin has become a key player for the Lancers: the team is undefeated when he posts  at  least  100  rushing yards, but 1-2 otherwise.  Justin Edworthy was another key player, rushing for 69 yards and one  score on only five carries.
 Neshannock was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 228  rushing yards. They are  a perfect 5-0 when  they've run for more than 200 yards.
 On the defensive side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Neshannock's defense and their three sacks. The team can thank three different players for their defensive prowess:  Mozzocio,  Ethan Beaman,  and  Sammy Flora, who each picked up one  sack apiece.
Neshannock's win was  their third straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 6-2. Those  road  victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 41.0 points over those games. As for Summit Academy,  they are  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 1-8.
 Neshannock didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next  matchup,  a  14-7  loss against Laurel on the 24th. As for Summit Academy, they have also already played their next game,  a  28-6  defeat against Shenango on the 25th.
