Volleyball Recap: Bartlett Comes Up Short

Bartlett was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Nome-Beltz Nanooks. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Nanooks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 on Saturday.

Bartlett's loss dropped their record down to 6-16-2. As for Nome-Beltz, the victory got them back to even at 8-8-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Bartlett will head out to square off against South Anchorage at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Wolverines will roll in looking for their 12th straight win, something the Golden Bears surely won't give up without a fight. As for Nome-Beltz, they will challenge North Pole at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
