Softball Recap: Valley Takes a Loss

Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 13-7 to the Sylacauga Aggies. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Aggies this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-3 last Thursday.

Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 7-17. As for Sylacauga, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-14.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Valley will square off against Reeltown at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Sylacauga, they will take on Tallassee at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
