Volleyball Recap: Rush-Henrietta Comes Up Short

Rush-Henrietta was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Lancaster Legends. If the Royal Comets were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Legends when the teams met back in September of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-7, 25-13.

Rush-Henrietta's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Lancaster, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3-1 record this season.

Rush-Henrietta has already played their next match (against Churchville-Chili), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Lancaster, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Geneva on the 27th.
