Leander had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Glenn Grizzlies. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.
Leander walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-12, 17-25, 25-18, 25-22.
Their offense was headlined by Macy Cepeda and Alyssa Kato, who picked up ten kills apiece. Cepeda really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with 23. Finally, Troy Acevedo kept Leander's defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.
