Baseball Recap: Osceola Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Osceola and Viera squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Osceola had to settle for second. They came up short against the Hawks, falling 8-2.

Osceola's defeat dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Viera, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-9 record this season.

Osceola does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Viera, they will take on Melbourne at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Bulldogs will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Hawks surely won't give up without a fight.
