Basketball Recap: Jerome Finds Playoff Glory Versus Skyline

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Jerome walked away with it. They came out on top against the Skyline Grizzlies by a score of 41-33 on Saturday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tigers.

Despite the loss, Skyline still got an impressive performance from Shay Shippen, who dropped a double-double with 14 points and 15 boards. That was a full 42.4% of Skyline's points, marking the sixth time in a row Shippen has posted more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ella Price, who scored seven points.

Jerome's win bumped their record up to 19-9. As for Skyline, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-10.

As of now, neither Jerome nor Skyline have any future games scheduled.
