Volleyball Recap: McLaughlin Gets the Win

McLaughlin hadn't done well against Dupree recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Mustangs came out on top against the Tigers by a score of 3-1. This was payback for the Mustangs, who suffered a 3-2 defeat the last time these two teams met.

The win didn't come easy: Dupree scored at least 19 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-20, 19-25, 25-19.

McLaughlin now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Dupree, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. McLaughlin will square off against North Central at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Dupree, they are headed away from home for the first time to take on Bison at 7:30 p.m. on the 11th.
