If Beach wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Calvary Day, they should've done a better job of containing Alaina Moultrie. The Cavaliers walked away with a 2-0 win over the Bulldogs on Thursday with plenty of help from Moultrie, who had 16 assists and five aces. She is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 13 or more in each of the last nine games she's played.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Calvary Day was: they took both sets by at least 16 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-3, 25-9.

The victory made it two in a row for Calvary Day and bumps their season record up to 15-8. That said, the team wasn't facing the toughest opposition over that stretch, as it included 2-20 Beach and 4-15 Windsor Forest. As for Beach, their loss was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-20.

Calvary Day will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against South Effingham at 8:30 a.m. As for Beach, they have already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Windsor Forest on the 25th.
