Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Palmyra-Macedon). They blew past the Midlakes Screaming Eagles 69-19 on Friday. The Red Raiders have beaten the Screaming Eagles the last five times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Screaming Eagles has come to flipping the script.

Palmyra-Macedon's win bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Midlakes, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-13.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Palmyra-Macedon and Early College will face off at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. The timing isn't great for Early College: they have been struggling with four straight losses at home, while Palmyra-Macedon has snatched up three consecutive wins on the road. As for Midlakes, they will head out to square off against Geneva at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
